Legato Import Status Service

The Legato Import Status Service is a volume-based subscription service providing receipt and interpretation of US Customs Automated Manifest System (AMS) and Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) status notification messages.

Main features include:

• Highly configurable TOS integration
  • Summarize complex disposition relationships and send summarized status info to the TOS
  • Adapt to AMS/ACE processing changes without modifying the TOS
  
  
• Email notification of AMS/ACE events triggered by receipt of configured disposition codes
  • Customs exams (Vacis, CET, MET, USDA, etc.)
  • 1M and other codes containing free-form messages requiring special handling
  
  
• Web-based interface to disposition history with unique ease-of-use features
  • Heading section shows clear indication of the bill or container overall status, including Exam CES or PTT CFS location and active Cargo Handling Indicator definition.
  • Version snapshot of the bill or container status is taken for every change in status, allowing the status to be displayed for any point in time
  • Multile disposition list views
    • "Version" view lists disposition codes in the order they were processed and clearly indicates changes in the bill or container hold/release status
